1. Once you have established a valid account with our online payment system, you may simply return to this page and click the "Make An Online Payment" button or enter your Login "Email Address" and "Password" information.
2. Follow the onscreen instructions and enter the amount you wish to pay online.
3. NOTE: Online payments incur the following convenience fees.
   - Electronic Checks: $3.50 fee per transaction.
   - VISA (Debit/Credit), MasterCard & Discover Credit Cards Accepted: *Each credit card transaction is assessed approxiamately 3% fee of total payment.
4. Simply return to this page and make your accumulated payments BEFORE they are due each month.

2. While setting up your account for the first time, be prepared to pay for your first month's rent while creating this account. You MUST make an initial payment to activate the account creation.
3. Fill in appropriate data where required. You will Login using your email address and a password that you will set yourself. This is a totally secure system for making rent-related payments online.
4. Once you have completed ALL required fields, you will complete the process by making your first payment, so make sure you know how much is owed.
